| Welcome to the official web site of the Delta Xi chapter of Sigma Chi at San Diego State University. Over the past fifty-one years, a number of select men have had the opportunity to walk through the doors at 5050 College Avenue, and all are better prepared to tackle the obstacles of life because of it. Going above and beyond with any endeavor that one takes upon himself is the ultimate goals that we share as undergraduates and that we attempt to carryover into other aspects of life. |

| We are currently the largest Fraternity on campus with approximately 90 active members, each sharing the common ideals of friendship, justice and learning. Since the founding of Sigma Chi on June 28th, 1855 in college and throughout life, Sigma Chi brothers share in each others' hopes and successes, and provide strong arms of support when they are needed most. These friendships are not coincidental; on the contrary, they are the result of thoughtful and deliberate processes begun in pledgeship, maintained by the activities of the chapter, given firm direction through our Ritual, and carried ever forward throughout our lives. |

| Here at Delta Xi, we proud ourselves on being the best. During the Fall '99 - Spring '00 school year, we clearly defined ourselves to be, far and above, the best fraternity on campus. Not only were we given the SDSU Dean's Trophy, recognizing Sigma Chi to be on top, but we also claimed the best grades on campus and captured the IFC Sports Banner. This year, Sigma Chi will most likely win its third Dean's Trophy in the last four years. |
